Hi everyone!
COVID-19 Vaccine booster dose is now available on your platform and here are the immediate steps you should take to get started.
1) Log back in to reflect the changes.

(You may need to log out and back in to see the changes reflected in your account. You will see the waitlist is now named “Dose 3/Booster” in the left-hand menu.)
2) Ensure calendar availability has been updated

(With a potential surge in demand, it may be appropriate to adjust your availability such that it accurately reflects the amount of resources you have available in both inventory and staff. As a reminder, to adjust your availability go to settings -> select the appointment-type -> select calendar availability.)
3) Mass communicate to your eligible 4th dose patients.
If you have already administered a Dose 3 for patients who are now eligible for a Dose 4, you may want to let them know en-masse. To do so, obtain the appointment-specific, store-specific link:

(settings -> select the appointment-type -> select Calendar Availability -> select "Copy to Clipboard" on the Self-Scheduling Link)

(Next, select the Appointments Tab -> switch to "List View" -> filter for Dose 3 / Booster Appointments (Scheduled and Completed) -> Select "Send Waitlist Invite" or Send a Custom Email with the store-specific, appointment-specific link we copied earlier if you want them to directly book.)
