New Customization for Appointment Details!

We have some exciting news to announce!
At MedMe one of our main goals is that your pharmacy team has maximum control over your clinical services including the ability to tailor the platform to fit your specific needs. As we step in that direction we are now enabling pharmacies to edit their appointment details and customize every bit of messaging that is displayed/sent to patients.
Here's how you can get started:
1) Go to "Settings"
2) Click "Appointment Types"
3) Select your desired appointment type that you'd like to tailor
4) Go to the "Details" Tab
5) Here you can customize all the messaging that is displayed to patients beginning with the description that will be shown on your public portal. Additionally, you can tailor each notification that the patient is sent on email or SMS during every step of their appointment from Confirmation > Reminders > Thank You
6) Click "Save" to finalize your changes
Note: SMS messages have a 130 message character limit.

Confirmation:
Text that is shown in an automated notification, upon the patient booking an appointment

Text that is shown in an automated notification to remind patients of their upcoming appointment
Thank you:
Text that is shown in an automated notification, upon the pharmacist changing the status of the appointment to COMPLETE.
