During times we have multiple pharmacists in, having vaccine appointments be 5 minutes long (and people therefore able to book in every 5 minutes) works fine. Later in the day when we have only one pharmacist and fewer support staff, it would be helpful to be able to set the appointments to be 15-20 minutes so that people cannot book in every 5 minutes - basically a way to force the appointments to be spread further apart at times that there are fewer staff in.
