As a pharmacist: I would like to see the actual duration of each appointment directly exported in the CSV file to easily track individual and overall appointment efficiency. The current CSV export of appointments lacks a column specifying the actual duration of each appointment. This makes it difficult to analyze scheduling efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
