Dose Remaining counter
Dominic Tsang
Our technicians sometimes try to schedule patients while speaking with them on the phone, especially if the patients are elderly and don't want to bother with waitlists.
This has led to instances where our scheduling has exceeded our supply.
A "Dose Remaining" counter on the Dashboard or Appointments week view would be very helpful.
Just as we update inventory in COVaxON upon receiving vaccines, we could update our vaccine inventory in MedMe (e.g. in Settings or something). From there, MedMe could calculate the remaining doses available to schedule appointments, and display that tally on the Dashboard or Appointments week view.
#of Moderna full doses remaining: ___
#of Pfizer doses remaining: ___
etc

It would also be beneficial to allow pharmacists to set their booking availability in a given week based on their vaccine dose allotment.
As an example, If a pharmacy is given 90 doses of a vaccine per week, the calendar could only allow for 90 appointments to be booked.

Sameer Remtulla: For flu, having an inventory tracker tied to the appointment availability would be advantageous so we can open exactly as many appointments as there are doses.

Daily Vaccine Count under Daily Patient Count
Hussein Mitha
It would be extremely helpful if under the Daily Patient Count (Appointment Calendar view) there was the Daily Vaccine Count for each vaccine booked on that day. We would quickly be able to know how many of each vaccine we have scheduled that day instead of having to constantly count the various colored boxes.
