Changing appointment duration after it is scheduled

When we initially started giving doses we scheduled them for 10 minutes and automatically scheduled 2nd doses for 10 minutes as well. Now that we have ramped up capacity it would be nice to be able to change those second dose appointments that are already booked to 5 minutes without having to manually cancel and rebook each one.

As a default, we generally book appointments at 10 minute intervals however if we are able to get a 2nd person to administer vaccines on any given day, we would like the ability to change any given appointment to a 5 minute intervals in order to schedule more patients in.

And to be able to reschedule with the option to override existing blocks. Otherwise a huge hassle to cancel the appointment without notifying patient and creating a brand new one
