We are getting last minute cancellations where the patients do not call the pharmacy, they cancel through their appt reminder email. It is time consuming for our staff to monitor the appointment tab/dashboard to check for cancellations (total # appts/day goes down). Is it possible that a notification is sent to the store email address when someone cancels their appointment so that we can proactively fill that spot asap?
