Including health card numbers in the printable list of covid vaccine appointments (list view and calendar PDF) would increase efficiency with regard to vaccine billing at the end of the day

Currently, these vaccines are not listed as appointment types and are missing from the documentation section. Looking for a solution when stores want to offer both bivalent and monovalent XBB 1.5 vaccines.
