Whenever we click on an appointment in the calendar to view, when we click the 'Back' button it will return us to the calendar the week that it currently is instead of back to the week that we were previously on. Frustrating when doing monthly reports and we have to find the week we're looking for after viewing each patients details.

clicking on the epsilon by our location name only pulls up a log out feature and not the calendar feature

For our "Follow up (renewals/labs etc.) appointment type, I am unable to add a Phone or Virtual option.

Previous vaccine info being asked when booking an appointment even though it was already filled out during waitlist registration. This info should be pulled automatically. I believe it used to do this but it is no longer working.

Please notify us once this is complete so we can send out more invites. At the moment, we have to manually call all those born in 2009 who are still 11 and book them in over the phone and fill out their consent in person. Thank you.

Dates on the NB Record if Immunization do not print as specified on the form - they should be YYYY-MM-DD

After using the "Email" option when filtering, if I click "Clear", the email option stays on the value that was used when filtering. It has to be changed to "Select" manually.

This is no longer a question on the latest consent forms for injection screening, and should not be asked anymore as there is another question that captures this information (Do you have a weakened immune system...)

In the waitlist filter when dose 1 date is set to a certain date, it always includes those dates plus 1 days. For example, in the attached screenshot the filter is set to sept 7 to march 29, yet the person displayed had their first dose on march 30.

Pt received first shot elsewhere. Signed up for second shot with me through medme. I look up the date of the first shot and want to update the file on medme with the info. But it will not let me unless I also update the info (shot type, lot #, expiry date) for what I am going to administer for the second shot. I don't know that info yet though as I am not ready to adminster the second shot.
