Waitlist Filter Dose 1 Date plus 1

In the waitlist filter when dose 1 date is set to a certain date, it always includes those dates plus 1 days. For example, in the attached screenshot the filter is set to sept 7 to march 29, yet the person displayed had their first dose on march 30.

I was playing around with the new feature that allows adding a blocked time directly from the appointments tab. When I select June 7, the block applies to June 8 (it is always the selected date +1).

I noticed something similar with filtering on first dose date on the 2nd dose wait list too - maybe related. If I filter to April 18, it actually filters to April 19 (and the description says April 19).
