I have turned on both flu shot (regular) and flu shot (high dose) but there are no available appointment times showing up for high dose when I try to book an appointment. Regular seems to be working fine.

Pharmacy sent booking link for Pfizer Dose 2 (booking window July 12-July 16). Unable to get past the emergency contact screen, getting a blank screen after this page. As a result, patients have not been able to book their appointments. Reload the page and takes you back to the booking process. Invisible blocked times present for Monday, July 5th. Patients unable to select some of the available times between 6-6:45 on covid-19 vaccination calendar, and 2-2:30, 6-6:45 on Shared Calendar. It seems that the 24hour screening on mobile iphone only allows the patient to select "Yes" as "No" is not visible to the user unless they scroll to the right. But some patients may not know to scroll right.

No "Send Booking Link" after new update with "switch waitlist"

In AB patients need to be turning 12 to book and receive the vaccine. So booking is allowed if DOB is 2009 or earlier In all other provinces, patients have to be 12 at the TIME of the appointment. This means an 11-year old can book as long as by the time of their appointment they are 12. 11-year-old turning 12 cannot book if their appointment occurs while they are still 11.

It appears that people are adding their birthdate as the date of their first dose when joining the waitlist for dose 2. Can you put a validation for that date - maybe December 1, 2020 would capture every vaccination in Canada?

We are seeing 900 year old people in our files. Please do a rough validation of birthdate when patient info is being added (no years starting with "10")
